Guests must receive approval by Casino Gold Tours to receive Airfare Reimbursement. If you're interested in receiving Airfare Reimbursement, call us prior to purchasing your airfare and we'll review your request.
If your purchased ticket cost is more than the reimbursement amount, you will be reimbursed UP TO the reimbursement amount per person.
For example - Tom wants to go on a trip to Las Vegas that has a Reimbursement Amount of $400. The cost of Tom's ticket is $450. After the trip, Tom will be reimbursed a total of $400.
If your purchased ticket cost is more than the reimbursement amount, you will be reimbursed UP TO the reimbursement amount per person. You will not receive the difference in your cost, and the reimbursement amount.
For example - Sally wants to go on a trip to Atlantic City that has a Reimbursement Amount of $400. The cost of Tom's ticket is $350. After the trip, Sally will be reimbursed a total of $350.
It depends, and we're always happy to check. If the offer is specific to you (i.e. $250 in FreePlay), generally speaking, no. If the offer is available to everyone at the property that weekend (i.e. a Tier Credit Multiplier), then yes. If you have questions about additional offers, we're always happy to check, but final decisions are ultimately made with casino approval.
Guests using the Airfare Reimbursement Program will be requested to play at the property group that's supporting the Reimbursement.
For example - if Casino Gold Tours is offering an Airfare Reimbursement for a trip to Paris Las Vegas, we would strongly request that you keep your play with Caesars Entertainment properties (Paris, Caesars, Bally's, Cromwell, Flamingo, Linq, Harrah's Las Vegas, Rio).
Guests who do not play to their normal play level at the property group supporting the reimbursement will not be invited back.
At this time, we're not offering reimbursement for guests who purchase their airfare with points or miles. A receipt must be provided to Casino Gold Tours to receive reimbursement.
We ask that guests purchase flight itineraries that align with the offer dates listed with the trip. If you're unable to find an itinerary that matches the offer dates, we can consider reimbursement if your dates are within a day of the offer dates. The total nights of your visit must be equal to the amount on the offer dates.
Example - An Airfare Reimbursement offer is available for Thursday to Sunday night (3 nights) at Las Vegas. We'd approve an itinerary that goes from Friday to Monday (3 nights), but not from Friday to Sunday (2 nights).
Guests will be reimbursed via check within 45 days of their return from the trip.
